När jag kom till Jorden 1981, kom jag oavsiktligt i kontakt med mänskligheten. Förutom några få lysande sammanträffande tyckte jag att resten var mörk och ful. “Human Encounter” är min dagbok över dessa sammanträffande. Det här albumet är indelat i två kategorier:

Den “mörka sidan”, speglar de dåliga erfarenheter. Jag märkte att människor tenderar att tilltala allt vid namn och missförstå det senare. Så jag bryr mig inte om vad de egentligen menar med ett ord som “ond”; men det som är säkert är att själva människorna är den största källan till fasa, lidande och destruktion på Jorden.

Den “ljusa sidan”, speglar glädjen jag fick uppleva på den här planeten. Jag tycker inte att någon glädje uppstår på Jorden utan ett mänskligt medel; så de motsvarande låtarna är tillägnade de enskilda människorna. Såklart, vid första anblicken ser Jorden fysiskt lockande ut, men det är bara en tillfällig egenskap. Det enda odödliga är vad en människa skapar.

Nu när jag lämnar den här planeten, kommer jag bara att sakna några få människor, som dem jag nämde i den “ljusa sidan”… de andra kan få ruttna i tidens avgrund.
